Pixma MX 882 is stuck on processing a print job.

I have tried cancelling the print job and unplugging for 15 minutes. But still processes.

Restarting your computer should clear any print jobs that are pending to print.

If they do not, please let us know what operating system is installed on your computer, Windows or Mac OS X.
