    <description>&lt;P&gt;My printer will not print. It is new and i have attempted different methods for connection and different app to print off the smart phone. &amp;nbsp;I get a print status message that printing complete however one or more prints are not available.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was super excited to buy this printer but have not been able to enjoy it &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":disappointed_face:"&gt;😞&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
