      <description>&lt;P&gt;I filled out a google form for a letter, but when I tried to print it, all I got was very light type. &amp;nbsp;The next time, I did not get anything. &amp;nbsp;All ink cartridges are OK. &amp;nbsp;Tried re booting, but no luck. &amp;nbsp;Won't print anything from internet or from my computer (Word files). &amp;nbsp;Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>
