    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have tried the solution you recommended above and it does not correct the problem.&amp;nbsp; The scanner still states "Set the PC for Scanning".&amp;nbsp; I have run diag on the computer to update drivers etc all to no avail. Please advise.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;my canon MG5520 printer is now hooked up to new computer which has windows 10.&amp;nbsp; Prints fine but when I try to scan as I did before I get this message "Set the PC to start scanning."&amp;nbsp; I have no idea what this means. I did no have to do this on old windows program.&amp;nbsp; is this printer compatible with Windows 10?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
