      <description>&lt;P&gt;As an interim solution I scanned the document to a USB drive. &amp;nbsp;I then reset the printer to scan to my PC ( as it had been set before) and then it worked correctly. &amp;nbsp;Not sure why it lost access to my PC but all is OK now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
