    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try performing a copy directly from the printer by using the Color Start button on the unit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the copy comes out blank or broken up, the color cartridge would have to be replaced.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This didn't answer your question or issue?       <description>&lt;P&gt;The printer will not print in color, despite having sufficient ink. I have confirm that color printing, not grayscale, is the setting for the printer. Additionally, I've tried several methods for resetting the cartridges/printer. I also have performed the Cleaning and Deep Cleaning processes for the cartridges. However, none of these suggested solutions fixed the problem. Please advised on what to do next.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
