Door where printout comes out stays open.

Tried to close it, re-powered, remove the papar tray: still stays poen

Turn the printer off. Then check to see if there are any visible obstruction in the path that are keeping the door from closing properly.

Clearing the path did not fix the issue. Support suggested to take if for repair, which would cost more than a replacement printer.
