    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When i print wirelessly there is no problem, however when i try to scan to PC, no matter i press the button on printer or select "document scan" from quick menu on PC, the printer has no response. only option left me to scan is scan to local USB.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when i press the scan button on printer, select PC, it will wait few sec then return to ready to scan status, like i never press the scan button ever. no error msg shows.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when i press "document scan" from quick menu on PC, neither PC or printer has any response.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I use windows 7.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;btw, when i try to diagnose the printer by connecting PC to printer by USB cable, the diagnose centre keep saying that they cannot find the printer connected.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
