Canon Pixma ix6800 wont print a3 doc on a3 paper

Hi there,

For some reason when I try and print in A3, and set the layout as a3 the document still prints in a4 size onto the a3 paper. I have tried various ways around this, using a different programme ( have tried in adobe illustrator, google docs, and via the general windows print options) So far I have been unable to get a round this and I am stuck as to how to print in a3- does anyone have any ideas as to how I can go about doing this. It is so frustrating to have invested in an a3 printer but to not be able to use it!

Hi francesrobyn,

When printing 13x19 images, set the printer to print images as A3+. This should resolve the print size issue.
