      <description>&lt;P&gt;when I try to copy a page, half of it shows up black. &amp;nbsp;the same with the scan. &amp;nbsp;This began after I installe windows 10. &amp;nbsp;has the printer just died. &amp;nbsp;The print funtion seems to work fine&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If the printer needs service, it is probably not worth servicing as I have had it for about 3 years and paid less than $100.00 I went through the settings and they appear to be correct for letter size. &amp;nbsp;Thanks you for your help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
