    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bought a MG 3250 .Tried to install drivers from accompanying CD-ROM. &lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;File&lt;/FONT&gt; &lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;Error 0001 0002&lt;/FONT&gt; keeps coming up.Tried to download drivers from Canon website same issue. Print function works fine,issue seems to be around not able toinstall the neccessary drivers for scan function which wont work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Phoned&amp;nbsp; Canon, they thought it was a conflict problem with Windows 10.Phoned Microsoft they said it was my PC a HP Pro 3500 MT possibly cuasing the problem!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any thoughts or solutions gratefully received.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;John&lt;/P&gt;</description>
