Printer has started to print blank pages. Have replaced the two black cartridges, have performed deep cleanings. The same thing happens via my laptop and my desktop. I have the latest printer drivers. My work around seems to work every time, but, it a real pain in the rear end.

If I select a "Nozzle Check" via the maintenance menu, it prints and is perfectly acceptable.

If I then go back to my document and print, the document prints perfectly.

So it seems, the "Nozzle Check" is doing soemthing to the printer to cause it to print in the normal fashion.

WHAT CAN I DO to rectify?

Hello.

On the nozzle check printout, does the black grid pattern appear above the cyan colored bars? Or is this space empty?

If the space is empty, try performing 2 deep cleanings to see if this helps.

If the issue persists, please contact our support group using the "Contact Us" link below for additional assistance with this matter.

This didn't answer your question or issue?
