    <description>&lt;P&gt;It was working fine till I tried to scan a document into my PC. &amp;nbsp;Now it won't even print an ordinary file. &amp;nbsp;When scanning it kept asking me for a password or pass phrase. &amp;nbsp;I don't have one, never did. &amp;nbsp;Why are the instructions both on printer front window and in online manual so useless? &amp;nbsp;My last Canon was a breeze to use. &amp;nbsp;I only replaced it because I bought a new computer and thought it was time to update my printer too. &amp;nbsp;What a stupid thing to do. &amp;nbsp;If I can't fix this by the end of the week, it's going to the dump and I'll never use Canon again. I really resent having to think about paying a technician to fix something which ought to be so simple.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
