    <description>&lt;P&gt;Worked when I first setup the printer, but every time I now try it comes up with the message&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Scanner is warming up...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do not open the document cover.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then the message&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;ScanGear&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Internal Error occurred.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Scanner driver will be closed&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Code:3,202,19&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Press 'OK' button message disapears but 'ScanGear' icon remains at the bottom of the screen. Click to remove that and&amp;nbsp;another message comes up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Canon IJ Scan Utility&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The scanner is not available while in use by another application or user&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Press 'OK' button message disappears plus 'ScanGear' icon at bottom of the screen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help I would really like to be able to use the scanner.&amp;nbsp; Both the printer and copier functions work.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
