PIXMA E460 standard setup with DHCP WiFi address; print and scan over WiFi from Mac OS no problem, I don't have windows computers</P><P>.</P><P>When setup the printer with a static IP address; printing over WiFi still works but Scanning over WiFi gives an error.</P><P>reverting back to DHCP address I can scan again over WiFi.</P><P>&nbsp;</P><P>I have a strong believe that any network device except computers and mobile devices, should have static IP addresses.
