    <description>&lt;P&gt;I saw an earlier post where someone changed the cartridge on their MX330 and then it stopped printing. &amp;nbsp;That just happened to me. &amp;nbsp;It was printing fine yesterday, the ink was running low, so I put a new cartridge in and now I just get blank pages. &amp;nbsp;Everything else appears fine- no error messages, no warnings, etc. &amp;nbsp;It is printing as if everything is normal but all I get are blank pages with a new cartridge. &amp;nbsp;I also changed out the cartridge and put in a second one just in case it was a bad cartridge and the same thing. &amp;nbsp;Also unhooked from computer, turned off, reconnected, etc. and still blank pages. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check to make sure that any packing materials are removed from the cartridge.&amp;nbsp; Any bright orange tape left on the cartridge should be removed as this would obstruct ink flow.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the same issue persists, find more help at &lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/contact-support/" target="_blank"&gt;Contact Us&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
