      <title>error 1312</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;MG7120, Error 1312. Have followed manual on troubleshooting tips and videos. DOublechecked all accessible areas there is no visible paper inside. Thinking that the last paper through it (index cards) triggered something and it still senses "paper".&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;thanks - found the issue, it was an index card still stuck inside that wasn't visible. Was able to slide a 8x11 piece of cardstock via rear door and turn it on. Printer sensed a larger piece of paper and rolled it out&amp;nbsp;during startup,&amp;nbsp;thus dislodging the index card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Printer works fine now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
