    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi thewilson2004,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please remove and reseat the ink cartridges in&amp;nbsp;the printer to try and resolve the issue. &amp;nbsp;Next, please turn off the printer, unplug the power cord and leave it out for at least 10 minutes, then plug it back in and turn it back on, then attempt the alignment again. If you still experience difficulty,&amp;nbsp;we ask that you please call 1-866-261-9362, Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. ET (excluding holidays) for further assistance. &amp;nbsp;A Canon technical support representative will be happy to help. &amp;nbsp;There is no charge for this call.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>The print head alignment does not work on my MP495</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Everytime I click on the Print Head Alignment under the Canon MP495 series Printer Properties and the print does not complete. &amp;nbsp;It stops and I get a P03. &amp;nbsp;All the other maintenance functions work except the Print Head Alignment.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
