      <description>&lt;P&gt;Ink cartridges are in place correctly. I have cleaned the print heads and rollers. &amp;nbsp;I cannot get the printer to print or copy. &amp;nbsp;What else can I do?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
