MX720 series Printer won't stop printing

I have a MX720 series printer that has decided to print 1 copy as many times as the paper in the printer allows. Nothing has changed in the setup. I have run all the utilities and have no error messages on the printer or my computer. I have tried to print from 2 different computers and my laptop and the same problem is there.

I have shut the printer down, downloaded any updated drivers and searched for the issue.

Copy on the printer is set to 1, I ask for 1 copy, I get as many as it can print. This is getting expensive with ink and paper.

Does anyone know how to clear this up? Do I need to set it back to factory settings and pray?

Does this issue occur when you print from any program or only one particular program or document?
