maintenance tab do not appear

my computer is using win 8, the last time I checked, the maintenance tab was there, but right now I can't find the tab. What is happening? should I re-install the printer or what?

Hi virginayasmin,

I recommend removing the driver and then restart your computer. After you restart the computer, please click HERE to download and install the current printer driver.
