Hello.

Do you happen to be using a speciality media type other than plain paper? If so, try changing the media type setting before printing.

If this issue occurs on plain paper, try the following adjustment to see if we can resolve the issue:

1. Close all programs that are open.

2. Click Start and open the Control Panel.

3. Open Printers or Devices and Printers.

4. Right-click the MP560 and choose Preferences or Printing Preferences.

5. In the Maintenance tab, click the Custom Settings button.

6. Check the box to prevent paper abrasion, then click OK.

7. Click Apply and OK.

Once this has been done try printing to test the adjustment.

If the issue persists, find more help at Contact Us.
