    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To try and resolve this issue, please unplug the power from the unit for about 25-30 minutes.&amp;nbsp; Once this time frame has passed, plug the unit in directly to a wall outlet to see if the printer will power on correctly.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the issue persists, find more help at &lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/contact-support/" target="_blank"&gt;Contact Us&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Pixma mg8120 stopped working mid-print job.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My pixma mg8120 shut down pid-print job. It refuses to power back on at all. It made a loud clunking noise before it died. Any fix for this??&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
