    <description>&lt;P&gt;Pixma MP990 - scanner works intermittently. &amp;nbsp;Get the above error when it doesn't work. &amp;nbsp;I've had some problems with the printer also - in that case, it says printer is in error mode??? &amp;nbsp;Is there a problem with Windows 10?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The MP990 is not compatible with Windows 10.&amp;nbsp; This unit only appears to be compatible with computers running Windows 8.1 and earlier.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For additional assistance with this matter, find more help at &lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/contact-support/" target="_blank"&gt;Contact Us&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
