    <description>&lt;P&gt;Did not work.&amp;nbsp; Finally took the simple step of uninstalling the printer, connecting it to the printer, and installing the printer again from the disk. (DUH).&amp;nbsp; It worked.&amp;nbsp; The printer says it is a MX922, but the disk simply says PIXMA MX920 series.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyway it works.&amp;nbsp; Thanks for your efforts.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Worked fine when connected to router.&amp;nbsp; Changes services and moved router.&amp;nbsp; Appears to request USB connection, but does not work when cabled to computer.&amp;nbsp; Still prints fine in wireless mode and can create TIF files.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi Ranger49,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please make sure that the correct connection is selected in the IJ Scan Utility.&amp;nbsp; To do this, please follow these steps:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;1.&amp;nbsp; Click on the Start menu select All Programs, then Canon Utilities, IJ Scan Utility and the click on IJ Scan Utility to open that program.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;2.&amp;nbsp; At the top, next to "Product Name", please click the drop down arrow and select the network connected PIXMA MX922.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;3.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Click the Document button.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Scanning will begin.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
