    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi mwgraves10,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How is your PIXMA MX922 connected to your computer, with a USB cable or wirelessly?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does the printer not responding error occur when printing&amp;nbsp;a document or web page or does this error only occur when printing on CDROMs?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this issue need to be resolved more quickly, it is recommended&amp;nbsp;that you contact live technical support . There is &lt;STRONG&gt;NO&lt;/STRONG&gt; charge for this call.       <title>My Canon MX 920 will not print onto printable CDs.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It prints fine onto photo media or plain paper. However, when I try to print onto CD or DVD printable disks, after a long time with a "Processing" message, an error pops up saying that the printer is not responding. My workflow is as follows:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Set up the design in Image Garden&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Select "Print"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Settings are:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Printer: Canon MX920 Printer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Paper Size: Standard disk 4.7" 120mm (small inner circle)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Media Type: Printable disk (recommended)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Paper Source: Disc Tray&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Print Range: All&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Print Position: Default&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Advance Settings: No Correction&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click Print&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Processing message appears for 15 to 20 seconds&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Then the message appears "Printer not Responding"&lt;/P&gt;</description>
