      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try the following steps to scan and save a multiple paged PDF file:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;1.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Open the&amp;nbsp;MP Navigator EX program.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;2.&amp;nbsp; Click on Scan / Import.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;3.&amp;nbsp; Click on Photos / Documents (Platen).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;4.&amp;nbsp; Place a checkmark in the 'Use the Scanner Driver' box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;5.&amp;nbsp; Click Open Scanner Driver.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;6.&amp;nbsp; Click Preview.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;7.&amp;nbsp; Crop image to desired size once preview is complete.&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;8.&amp;nbsp; Click Scan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;9.&amp;nbsp; Once complete with all pages, click Exit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;10.&amp;nbsp; Click Save As PDF.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Make desired changes such as file name and the location where the PDF is saved.&amp;nbsp; Then click Save.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you continue to have difficulties, find more help at &lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/contact-support/" target="_blank"&gt;Contact Us&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
