    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Check to make sure that the correct ink tank has been installed.&amp;nbsp; The MG6320 can only use CLI-251 or PGI-250&amp;nbsp;series ink tanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the error persists and the correct tank is being used, find more help at &lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/contact-support/" target="_blank"&gt;Contact Us&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;i replaced the big black cartridge that it said it isn't recognizing and the gray which was out and still the same 1660 support code, now that it doesn't recognize both new ink cartridges. &amp;nbsp;Please help need to print and mail tax return.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Margot&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the same model, MG 6320. I just replaced the the large ink cartridge.
