    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the PIXMA MX922 device installed using the WiFi option.&amp;nbsp; I can open up my "Network" listing and find the MX920 series listed under Scanners (1).&amp;nbsp; When I open up the Windows 8.1 Scan App, the PIXMA MX922 is not listed.&amp;nbsp; I only see my HP Officejet 7200 series listed in this app.&amp;nbsp; The Officejet is wired into my network using an ethernet hookup.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Why can't I see my PIXMA MX922 using the Scan App.&amp;nbsp; I can scan documents, etc. using the Canon software.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi BradSun,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please make sure that the scanner is selected in the Canon IJ Scan Utility.&amp;nbsp; To do this, please follow these steps:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;1.&amp;nbsp; Click on Start and then All Programs.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;2.&amp;nbsp; Click on Canon IJ Network Utility.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;3.&amp;nbsp; Click on Canon IJ Scan Utility.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;4.&amp;nbsp; Make sure there is a checkmark next to the PIXMA MX922.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once set, please follow these steps to scan:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;1.&amp;nbsp; Click on the Start menu select All Programs, then Canon Utilities, IJ Scan Utility and the click on IJ Scan Utility to open that program.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;2.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;Click on Photo Scan.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Scanning will begin.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
