Pixma MX882 scanner cuts off document

I recently downloaded the latest drivers for this MFP and now the scanner function cuts off the last row of characters on an 8-1/2 x 11 document. Can you adjust settings to compensate for this?

Hello.

Try using the Scangear interface to see if you can capture more of the document.

Try the following:

1. Open the MP Navigator from your Desktop or the Canon Utilities listing of the Start Menu (Windows) or Applications folder (Mac).

2. In the Scan/Import menu, click Photos/Documents Platen.

3. On the left, check the box to open/use the scanner driver.

4. Click the green button to open the driver.

5. When the Scangear window appears, click the Advanced Mode tab.

Once there, preview the image to see if more of the item can be selected. Then try scanning.
