    <description>&lt;P&gt;I've had this printer for 6 months now and this has been an on again off again issue. I will need to be able to scan regularly for my new job, but only once before have I been able to get the scanner to work. I can make a copy or print from my computer, but not scan. I'm running Windows 7 and using the USB connection. Sometimes it says there isn't a computer connection, but the very next try won't say that.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try using the IJ Scan Utility program to scan with the unit.&amp;nbsp; This can be found in the Canon Utilities listing of the Start Menu.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If any errors occur with the program, please contact our support group using the "Contact Us" link below.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This didn't answer your question or issue?
