      <title>My MG8200 printer showing offline</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I try to print, my MG8200 printer is showing as been offline.&amp;nbsp; I am using a windows machine, operating system is windows 10 and the firmware for the printer is uptodate.&amp;nbsp; Any suggestions why the printer is showing up as offline&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>You need to look @ yur printer Properties (RIGHT Click) and make sure OFFLINE is Not Checked.......then REFRESH yur Browser or TURN Printer OFF &amp;amp; Back ON.........this will RESET your printer back ONLINE.&lt;BR /&gt;This usually HAPPENS when you choose to print before your printer is Turned On.&lt;BR /&gt;Hope this Option works for you. It usually Works for me! Glad to help.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
