topic My Canon MG5350 stopped working after a paper jam. A belt marked standard encoder ORV 099 came off in Desktop Inkjet Printers

Evidently the belt drives or postions the print head carriage. I can't see how to get it back on the printer and get it working. As far as I can tell nothing is broken. Can anybody give advice to enable a repair?
