      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Hi indianabones,&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;Support code 5C00 indicates a general component fault.&amp;nbsp; Let's try resetting the printer a little more thoroughly.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;OL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class="western" align="left"&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="2" color="#000000"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;If the paper output tray is closed, open it.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class="western" align="left"&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="2" color="#000000"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Turn the printer off.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class="western" align="left"&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="2" color="#000000"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;When the printer is completely off (no lights, screen is blank,) unplug the unit.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class="western" align="left"&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="2" color="#000000"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Press the power button 4-5 times.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class="western" align="left"&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="2" color="#000000"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Leave the printer off for at least 5 minutes.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;&lt;P class="western" align="left"&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif" size="2" color="#000000"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Plug the printer in and turn it on.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/OL&gt;&lt;P class="western" align="left"&gt;&lt;FONT size="2" color="#000000"&gt;&lt;FONT face="Times New Roman, serif"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;FONT face="arial,helvetica,sans-serif"&gt;If the error persists, your printer may require service. &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="western" align="left"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P class="western" align="left"&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;This didn't answer your question or issue?
