      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi SallyBrown,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since you are able to make copies, we can presume that there is no mechanical issue&amp;nbsp;with your PIXMA MX479, and that the only problem is with the communication between computer and printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In order to better assist you, allow me to ask a couple questions:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Are you connecting wirelessly or with USB?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Which version of Windows or Macintosh are you using?&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;I look forward to your reply.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I use Windows 8.1, my printer is connected wirelessly, and I just installed two new cartridges. I have downloaded the latest MP drivers, and it still will not print from my computer. Any help would be appreciated!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
