How do I scan a document with my Canon Pixma MG7120 to a PDF format to save?

Hi Coriander,

Canon IJ Scan Utility will allow you to scan in a variety of fomats. The method of opening IJ Scan Utility will depend on which version of Windows or Macintosh you have, but a simple search should be enough. Once you have it open:

1. Press the "Settings" button in the lower right of the window.

2. Select "Document Scan" from the left menu.

3. Choose your preferred data format under "Save Settings."

4. Press "OK."

5. Press "Document."

The "Settings" button also allows you to choose a save location, resolution, and other settings.
