    <description>&lt;P&gt;MX472. Problem with scanning: I want to scan a multipage document and collate pages. Scanner has worked until yesterday. Now&amp;nbsp;it doesn't: first half of the scanned document pages is "forgotten" and only the second half remembered. Scanning pages 1,2,3,4,5,6 only 2,4,6 pages remain. I downloaded&amp;nbsp;and installed the latest driver for the scanner. It did not help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Restarting the computer or the scanner did not help.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would appreciate advice.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your advice.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am working on a MacBook Air with Yosemite OS (OS 10.10.5). I am directly connected to the scanner (MX 472.) I downloaded and installed&amp;nbsp;misd-mac-ijscanner14s-4_1_3-ea21_3.dmg (the latest printer driver) today. My settings on the IJ scanner utility: I tried both DOcument&amp;nbsp;Scan and CUstom Scan.I tried ADF Manual DUplex and Simplex, Data Format: PDF (Multiple Pages) .Open with application: Preview.app&lt;/P&gt;</description>
