    <description>&lt;P&gt;My MX10 Series Fax W S printer will not scan to my computer. It would scan to my old computer. It will not scan to the new computer. I can initiate a&amp;nbsp;scan from the computer and it will scan correctly to the computer. Why will a scan initated from the printer not scan?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;These are&amp;nbsp;my steps from the printer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Scan&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Scan Mode Save to PC&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Select PC: Local USB&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;OK&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Auto Scan&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PC Scan Stand By&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Help&lt;/P&gt;</description>
