    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It may be possible that there are extra copies of the print job in queue. &amp;nbsp;Remove these items from the print queue and try printing again. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are using a Mac, open System Preferences to get to the print queues. &amp;nbsp;If you are using Windows, open the Control Panel for the printer options.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This didn't answer your question or issue?
