How do you print out material using only black ink(s)? EX; Quick emails, etc. Pima MP560.

I see no menu option that allows for black inks only. I have a surplus of black ink cartridges to use.

Hello.

To print in black and white, use the Grayscale option in the printer settings on your computer. Please note, if any ink tank is empty or not installed properly, the tanks will have to be properly installed before any printing can resume.
