    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks. I called Canon.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;They suspect the sensor in my printer may be broken.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anyway, they offered to replace it with a refurbished one.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;With reading manual, I tried to find a paper around the transport unit cover and cassette 1 but can't find any paper.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;And the printer still shows 1311 error.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How&amp;nbsp;can I solve this issue?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the reply. I have checked the manual to know how to clean the roller as recommended in the post in your link.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But my printer shows just the 1311 error message and&amp;nbsp;there is no way to selec the menu to clean the roller.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
