My Canon Pixma MG7520 shows 1311 error. But I can't find any paper

With reading manual, I tried to find a paper around the transport unit cover and cassette 1 but can't find any paper.
And the printer still shows 1311 error.

How can I solve this issue?

Thanks for the reply. I have checked the manual to know how to clean the roller as recommended in the post in your link.

But my printer shows just the 1311 error message and there is no way to selec the menu to clean the roller.

Thanks. I called Canon.

They suspect the sensor in my printer may be broken.

Anyway, they offered to replace it with a refurbished one.
