    <description>&lt;P&gt;MP600 gives message "The type of print head is incorrect. Install the correct print head."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried deleting the printer &amp;amp; reinstalling it &amp;amp; the drivers.&amp;nbsp; That didn't work.&amp;nbsp; FYI: the print heads were never changed- they are the ones that vcame with the pribnter, so I have no idea how they can be wrong, unless it is a software issue giving this message. Please advise.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi JohnJ_,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To try and resolve the error, please remove all of the ink tanks and print head from the printer, then reseat them by following the steps located &lt;A href="https://support.usa.canon.com/infocenter/index?page=content&amp;amp;id=ART127574" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt;. &amp;nbsp;Next, please turn off the printer, unplug the power cord and leave it out for at least 10 minutes, then plug it back in and turn it back on. &amp;nbsp;If the error persists, the pinter will require servicing. &amp;nbsp;We ask that you please call 1-866-261-9362, Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m. ET (excluding holidays) to obtain your servicing options. &amp;nbsp;There is no charge for this call.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
