      <title>Scan Failed error MX882</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I just tried to use my scanner and I get the ever so descriptive scan failed error after hitting the scan button. &amp;nbsp;I've downloaded the lastest driver and the latest version of MP Navigator and it still won't work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The printer is connected wirelessly to computer and prints just fine. &amp;nbsp;I checked preferences and the network printer is selected under the product box and that is my only option.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry. &amp;nbsp;Windows 10. &amp;nbsp;I have scanned since upgraded to 10 but, not since we moved and a new wireless network was set-up.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
