      <description>&lt;P&gt;My &lt;STRONG&gt;'&lt;U&gt;LOVED&lt;/U&gt;' &lt;U&gt;MX870&lt;/U&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt; was 'killed' by a neighbor when he was trying to assign for MAIN name shown on low part of computer where me ... and other neighbors ... clicked on opening and make changes; if needed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;He ignored the MX870's assigned name ... and the MX870 is not ... TOTALLY unsuable access ...&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can't find on CANON where to get help of re-making the original key start-up ... so that my printer works 100% again.&amp;nbsp; Austin, Texas ... where wife and I are close to ... does not provide who to use; them or others.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PLEASE help me....PLEASE ... on where/who to contact.&amp;nbsp; THANKS&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PS:&amp;nbsp; I am 75; and had a recent stroke.&amp;nbsp; Hope the above is understandle ! ! !&amp;nbsp; If possible....&lt;/P&gt;</description>
