    <description>&lt;P&gt;After 30 minutes of frustration and finally checking here, I figured out how to put my password into my printer (MX490). &amp;nbsp;In the process of trying and failing the first time in the endeavor of putting it in, I put in some extra characters at the end. &amp;nbsp;How in the name of God do I delete these extra characters?? &amp;nbsp;I am so close to actually having this printer working. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To delete an extra character, move the cursor under the desired character and then press the Back button on the printer. &amp;nbsp;You can use the left or right arrow keys to move the cursor.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This didn't answer your question or issue?
