      <description>&lt;P&gt;Scanning cannot be performed unless the size or resolution is reduced to 21000 x 30000 pixels or less and the data size is 1.8 GB or less. &amp;nbsp; This come on every time I push scan botton. &amp;nbsp;With or with out anything in the scanner. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The printer is a cannon pixma MG3100. &amp;nbsp;When ever I try to scan I get this message. The printer works fine. &amp;nbsp;This happens no matter what is in the scanner even if empty. &amp;nbsp;I pgraded the driver. &amp;nbsp;did a reset on printer . &amp;nbsp;Have unpluged and let it sit for couple days. &amp;nbsp;Help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
