I have a MP240 printer and can connect wirelessly, but cannot scan. How can I activate scanning?

Hi tschumak,

The PIXMA MP240 does not have wireless scanning capability; do you happen to have another model printer? Also, what operating system is on your computer (version of Windows or Mac OS X)?
