      <description>&lt;P&gt;Trying to print from my Acer laptop using Windows 10, I get an error message that says my printer is offline, but when I check, the printer is online. &amp;nbsp;In addition, the document prints several hours later. &amp;nbsp;My husband has a canon 3500 series, and I am experiencing the same problem if I try to print on his computer. &amp;nbsp;Maddening.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
