    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am in Austrlia and would like to join all the frustrated canon customers with this VERY common problem that usually occurs not long after the warranty runs out.&amp;nbsp; My othe greivance in Australia is the I have used their official email contact form to explain the problem 3 times now only to be totally ignored&lt;/P&gt;</description>
