      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I click on anything to do with the scanner, the same message pops up:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A scanner driver supporting this software is not installed.&amp;nbsp; Install it and try again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Code 9, 230,0&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just upgraded to El Capitan and can not access the scanner at all.&amp;nbsp; The printer works fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
